This is a photo of PIP's brand new "Flip's Playhouse" (with not-so-brand-new me standing behind). It was created by PIP's resident genius/artist, Xun Ye. The Playhouse is part of our new Anger Management, Anti-Bullying program. Each Playhouse comes with a wonderful Crunch the Dinosaur puppet (also created by Xun). When you open the Playhouse, it becomes a 3-D play space for your puppet, complete with furniture. Students (and adults) can have fun creating their own stories. Flip's Playhouse complements our popular "Flip's Neighborhood" puppet set, which includes table-top puppets of Flip, his family and friends. Hi. I am a resource room teacher who is always on the look out for motivational materials. I was delighted to discover the Flip books by Anglo DeCesare. My most "reading resistant" kids enjoy reading about Flip's adventures and can't wait for the next installments. I am delighted to see that PIP has come out with a new puppet playhouse. The possibilities for language experience are waiting to be explored!
